Terms and Conditions
Garden Service options:
BEE PACKAGE-$50 per hr, minimum 3 hour bookings at your leisure to perform small maintenance tasks at hand for existing garden beds as needed with me personally. No major installs, just maintenance. EX: the liriope move & the sea oat removal.
GREEN PACKAGE-$150 per hr, minimum 3 hr for large scale installations/removals, hardscaping &/or mulching days (I usually bring helper(s) along for these types of days). EX: the rock laying, path stones leveled, Retama bordering & mulching task you lined up, with all supplies on site, could be done in one full day under this rate.
TGB FLAT RATE SPRING SPECIAL-$600 per 1st person & $300 per additional helper (if needed) for a full day booking to knock out whatever you have lined up. We stay until all agreed jobs are completed for the day. EX: winter clear outs, spring bed prep, below 8’ shrub and tree pruning days, brush control, large scale mulching needs. Further EX, your full list I see can be done in 1 day with myself and 2-3 helpers with all needed supplies on site, including the sea oats.
Supplies and materials:
-All materials and supplies are subject to market rates at time of purchase. Quotes are available upon request. (I’ll send you an e-mail for the rock and mulch materials, please provide e-address)
-Any retail or wholesale items purchased through my suppliers will be billed with a 20% markup to cover project overhead for booking & coordination.
-A variable delivery fee of supplies will be applied and is dependent on the items load weight/qty & number of trips req.
-A variable tool rental fee may apply depending on final selections and will be communicated prior to booking via quote, when required.
TGB Waste Removal Policies:
-TGB models no-waste landscaping practices such as “chop and drop” in the garden bed spaces.
-If trimmings are preferred to be removed and there are no green recycling bin services available, there is a flat $100 waste removal fee to process at our home base composting facility.
-Client is responsible for any plastic waste (plant pots, mulching bags, etc.)
Payment Policies:
-8.25% Sales Tax will be applied to final totals.
-A 50% Deposit is required to book services.
-Cash is most preferred to avoid any payment fees. Checks are also accepted.
-$50 minimum fee is applied to any returned checks.
-If paying by Credit Card or ACH Transfers, a 3% transaction fee will be applied.

The prices are indicated in dollars, excluding the shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products.
Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Article 6: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).
The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.
Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
